# Support

> How to reach Tatallo, and what to include so we can help fast.

Email [developers@tatallo.com](mailto:developers@tatallo.com) for anything about the Tatallo PMS API: access, keys, errors, rotation, or a question these pages don't answer.

Include:

* the **request ID** (`X-Request-Id`) of the failing response;
* the **environment** (staging or production);
* the **time** of the request, with its time zone (UTC is easiest);
* the endpoint and the HTTP status you received.

Never send a PMS credential, by email or otherwise: the `credential_id` from `GET /v1/me` is enough for Tatallo to find your key.
