# Integration model

> Which side calls which, today and later.

## Today: your PMS calls Tatallo

In version 1 every call goes one way: **your PMS calls the Tatallo PMS API**. Tatallo never calls your PMS.

```mermaid theme={null}
  participant PMS as Your PMS
  participant T as Tatallo PMS API
  PMS->>T: GET /v1/properties (PMS credential)
  T-->>PMS: The properties your hosts connected
  PMS->>T: GET /v1/properties/{propertyId}
  T-->>PMS: One property
```

You decide when to call. A typical integration lists the connected properties when a host connects, stores each property `id` next to the matching listing in your PMS, and lists again from time to time to pick up newly connected or disconnected properties.

## Who connects a property

Today Tatallo staff connect a host's properties to your PMS, always with the host's agreement: each property connected becomes visible to your PMS credential, and only those. When a host asks, staff disconnect a property, or pause all of that host's properties for your PMS, and they disappear from your list at once.

## Later: Tatallo calls your PMS

Calls from Tatallo to your PMS (for example to receive reservations) come later, together with availability, rates and webhooks. None of it is part of the contract yet. See the [roadmap](https://tatallo-docs.mintlify.site/roadmap.md).
