# Data ownership

> What Tatallo shares with your PMS, and what it never shares.

A property's data belongs to its host. The host decides whether to connect a property to your PMS, and can disconnect it at any time; from then on your PMS no longer sees it.

## What is shared

For each property connected to your PMS, only what you need to map it to your own listing:

`id`, `name`, `timezone`, `status`, `country`, `city`, `max_guests`, `currency` and `updated_at`. See [Properties](https://tatallo-docs.mintlify.site/concepts/properties.md).

## What is never shared

* the property's **address** and **map coordinates**;
* its **prices**, fees and house rules;
* any **guest data**;
* the **host's contact details** or account information.

Properties not connected to your PMS are never shared in any form: not even whether they exist.

## Your data

Version 1 is read-only: your PMS sends Tatallo no data beyond its requests. Tatallo records when each PMS credential was last used, to run and secure the API, and never logs your key.
